I had contracted with empire to install carpet in my house. Fast forward to today. Empire called me this morning, day of install to say sorry we don't have your carpet in stock. So nobody looked the day before to figure out if you have stock for the next day. Then it took all day to get in touch with a manager, just for her to say "so what do you want to do".
